WHAT I DO

Where I create impact

Continuous Discovery & Validation

Research-driven decisions before a line of code is written. I build discovery loops that reduce rework and increase confidence in what you’re building.

Roadmap & Prioritization

Frameworks that align business goals, customer impact, and team capacity. Not just what to build — why, when, and what to say no to.

AI Product Strategy

Helping teams integrate AI capabilities that actually serve users, not just check a box. From feature framing to model selection tradeoffs.

Cross-functional Leadership

Working across engineering, design, and customer success without bottlenecks. I make collaboration the default, not the exception.

Metrics & Impact Measurement

The right metrics for your stage. Not vanity metrics — outcome metrics tied to business value.

HOW WE WORK

Engagement models

Embedded Fractional PM

2–3 days/week, integrated into your team. For companies that need PM leadership without a full-time hire.

Specific Project

Defined scope, defined timeline. Discovery sprints, roadmap builds, strategy sessions.

Advisory

Monthly sessions + async. For founders who need a strategic thought partner, not a doer.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with early-stage companies that don’t have a product team yet?

Yes. Some of the most impactful work happens before a team exists — defining what to build, for whom, and in what order.

Are you open to a full-time role or only Fractional?

My preferred model is Fractional — I genuinely believe it’s the format where I can generate the most impact for early-stage companies. That said, I don’t rule out a full-time role if the context is right: the right company, at the right moment, where constant presence would genuinely make a difference. If that describes your situation, it’s worth a conversation.

What does a typical engagement look like in the first 30 days?

Week 1: deep context gathering — product, team, customers, metrics. Week 2: diagnostic and prioritization. Weeks 3–4: first deliverable, whether that’s a discovery sprint, a roadmap structure, or a prioritization framework. You’ll see output quickly.
