As Product Director, I led three critical teams—Product Design, Customer Support and Education, and Product Management—to drive our vision forward.

During this period, I introduced frameworks to enhance customer discovery and streamline product delivery, transforming a small, local product into a global SaaS platform supporting over 30 countries and available in 10+ languages.

Together, we achieved a 95% customer satisfaction rating by strategically integrating technology with exceptional customer service.

Sr. Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager at a fintech company developing its flagship technology, I led initiatives to enhance the customer experience across the product team.

In this role, we implemented continuous discovery practices, opportunity trees, focus and beta groups to ensure we stayed close to customer needs. We tailored our agile frameworks to better fit our team’s evolving goals and established our first dedicated UX/UI team, delivering clear, streamlined user experiences.
